1 Project Assessment

Project Portfolio Assessment: Validate the portfolio governance model, Conduct periodic assessment of the project portfolio to assess the ability to achieve the company strategic roadmap and objectives, and a final plan for improvement that is ready for action.

Project Risk Management Assessment: Asses the applicable project risk management procedures, design and implement the risk processes and procedures across the portfolio, programs and projects.

Project Audit & Recovery: Assessment of fail and risk factors of projects running out of time, budget, quality or business benefits. Define and implement a plan to bring the projects at risk back on track. Potentially take over project managers of the project.

Project Health Check: A specific regular review of a particular project to assess the ability to execute according to the project plan. Focus is on time to market, quality, business benefits and compliance.

2 Program and Project management

Program manager to manage a strategic change within the company to achieve business benefits. The program is managed as a balance between Governance, Integrated Change Management, Process, and Platform. The ultimate strategic change is implemented via multiple plateaus / waves to achieve measurable business impact at each plateau.

3 Improvement

Proct Management jeMethods: We advise on the selection and implementation of methodologies. OPM3, MSP (Program Management), Prince2, PMI (Project Management).

Project Management Tooling: We advise on the selection and implementation of PM tooling such as Microsoft, Oracle, and collaboration tools (Sharepoint, MS Teams).

Project Management Faculty: We have a strong curriculum to improve project managers performance towards IPMA, Prince 2 and MSP

Founder Knoop has worked for years at companies such as Shell, BP, BHP, Exxon, Eneco, Nuon, Animal Health Service, Cisco, Ahold as a project manager and advisor to broadly improve the PM knowledge and skills organization. Examples are digital transformation in core processes, package and supplier selections, global roll outs in multiple regions with project teams ranging from 10-100 FTE and budget 500K-20mln US$.
