As a Blue Sky partner, you’ll build your own specialized practice while leveraging our international network. You’ll actively seek market opportunities and attract associates who align with your expertise and goals.

Our partners contribute both their skills and their networks, and they use their commercial acumen to generate new opportunities. Collaboration is key—partners can share leads and opportunities, collaborate on client projects, and submit leads to others in the network. We believe in shared success: when a deal is closed, we always share a commission lead fee.

We offer access to a robust network of clients and technology partners within the broader ecosystem, practical support (as a sparring partner), leads, and a culture of fun and growth. Success is guaranteed when partners are willing to share their experience, client relationships, and partner networks, all while maintaining their independence. 1+1 = 3.

Blue Sky facilitates the partnership by providing services in areas such as marketing, flexible office spaces, community events, sustainability initiatives, invoicing and administration. Partners are also free to manage these services independently if they prefer.

With a commission-based lead fee (12%), collaboration, a strong community, and a sense of purpose, we make work rewarding and enjoyable (keep 80% of the consulting / services fee). Furthermore, we offer training, certification and coaching on the job for young professionals (pairing up experienced leaders with early career professionals) to grow your personal development. Together we organize inspiring events for our clients.

Blue Sky consists of Founders, Partners (with Blue Sky equity ownership), Associates (community leads / community members with deep industry / functional expertise) and for employees we offer the option to participate in the Blue Sky Employee Stock Plan. If you participate in Blue Sky, you are always incentivized to grow the business and share in the profits; a true partnership model that fosters loyalty and long-term commitment for the entire Blue Sky community. Purpose and contributing to the wellbeing of our society and planet is just as important as commercials. Therefore, Blue Sky organizes and sponsors purpose driven events. A part of Blue Sky profit is donated to selective NGO’s. Blue Sky Partners and Associates volunteer in activities. Fun and Purpose. We invite our clients to join us (through a donation, employee volunteering, team building). You are also very much encouraged to ‘ideate’ and organize this kind of events with support of the wider Blue Sky community.
